Convert a Telegram gift to Stars

A gift you receive can stay on your profile or be converted to Stars, which go to your balance. How many Stars you get is shown on the gift itself.

How to convert

1. Open your profile in Telegram and go to Gifts.
2. Tap the gift you want to convert.
3. Tap Convert to Stars — the button shows how many Stars you'll get.
4. Confirm — the Stars appear in My Stars.
